Service Description

Self-Hypnosis & Neuro-Linguistic Integration is a structured, trauma-aware process that works at that deeper level for personal healing, recovery and growth. (Trauma-informed) I tailor a personalised plan around your goals, and as a focused 6–8 session programme, or integrated into ongoing coaching or therapeutic work. Learning Self-hynosis supports change across a wide range of areas, including: Anxiety and stress Sleep and relaxation Confidence and self-belief Habit change and behavioural patterns Emotional healing Relationship dynamics Performance and focus Identity shifts and life transitions We'll combine mindful awareness, nervous system regulation, emotional insight and guided subconscious work to gently repattern the beliefs and internal responses that keep you feeling 'stuck' or 'lost'. Self-hypnosis isn't about control or losing any sense of yourself and your awareness. It is about learning to access deeper states of calm and clarity very intentionally. Over time, you'll develop Greater emotional steadiness A calmer nervous system Stronger self-trust The ability to shift internal states Tools you can use independently Alongside my integrative approach, I use Lateral Eye Movement, Havening techniques and NLP These profound skills become a part of your inner toolkit and self-discovery journey, that you'll carry you forward long after our sessions end.
