Service Description

I support grieving individuals, couples and families after experiencing deep bereavement or loss. I also support those who have experienced subtle loss that affects mental health and well-being on a deep subconscious level - such as the loss of job/career, a business, or seperation loss from a relationship or children. My approach meets a person exactly where they are. I don't force or rush you and your process. I provide a space that's supportive of clients who are processing their thoughts, feelings and emotions, through to discovering personal resilience, forgivness and acceptance. I lay out stepping stones and next steps to help people not get too lost or overwhelemed within their own grieving process. I work with the body's natural healing system, wisdom, and energy to support the grieving process throughout different stages. Clients healing and transformation takes place in a safe, compassionate environment, online or in your own home, with respect and honor of one's own personal grieving journey. I have personal lived experience of loss and bereavement, as well as the subtle existential losses throughout life, alongside professional training and ongoing supervision of holding space and supporting those with their own grieving and mourning. ---- Greiving takes place in many forms, and not always at the passing of someone close. If one has experienced trauma, relational breakdowns or seperation - there may be a journey of grieving to support the processing of the loss of identity, change of circumstances, lifestyle and the way one re-builds themselves and their life moving forwards whilst honouring the past.
