MONTHLY DROP IN - Take a monthly moment for yourself to check in with your body, mind, and emotions. In this regular guided session, we focus on releasing accumulated stress and tension, cultivating ease and calm, and restoring your natural sense of balance and rhythm. Through simple, heart-led practices - breathwork, gentle movement, and mindfulness exercises - you’ll: > Observe thoughts and emotions, and notice where stress and tension are held in your body > Learn practical techniques to emotionally process, release and reset at a nervous system level > Develop a greater sense of presence, calm, and clarity > Strengthen your ability to respond to life - as it is - with ease rather than reactivity This class is a safe, supportive space to pause, tune in, and leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and ready to move through your month with renewed energy and presence.
