Service Description

Dan's mindfulness training is a 8 week modules based foundational course that meets live time inquiry with exactly where you are at. Dan's mindfulness course is geared as an entry level course guiding those with little or zero prior exprience into the world and wonders of mindfulness meditation. And also suitable for those with resistences, skeptism or where there's been difficulty in finding a suitable teacher. Although an entry based course, this course is still suitable for those who have previously held knowledge, experience or a practice and may be returning to mindfulness again. All levels of skills, experience and practice is fully welcomed. Each participant that completes the course will have an understanding of the benefits, limiations and challenges of mindful meditation, along with an experience of how to practice and best hold mindfulness meditation in the real world. And most invaluable, in your world. Dan is a highly trained and accredited professional coach, integrative hypnotherapist and facilitator, along with 10 years experiences of personal exprience and professional experience teaching and delivering mindful meditation based practices in the real world - he's spent the previous 6 years working intensively with a personal mentor, and trained intensively in England and Europe. He is also professionally trauma-informed and aware, as well as a speciality exploring human condition and re-conditioning, our nature and connection based relating. Dan's main practice is non-secular and non-dual based self-inquiry, observation, discovery and integration. He believes each of us have our own answers to ourselves and our lifes challenges and problems, with there always being a solution waiting to be uncovered, discovered and remebered. And it begins with connecting to our direct experience and inner world, and first learning how to settle your own nerves. Are you ready to learn something about yourself?
