Service Description

Programme begins: January 2026 (please inquire for full brochure and x12 monthly modules). Discover and learn about yourself, and your own ways of relating. The intention of this programme is to move towards happier, healthier and fulfilling ways of relating, for forming mututally incredible relationships! The Synergy&Soul Relational space is a supportive, compassionate led space designed to help you discover, learn and understand yourself and others with greater consciousness. You can join 1 session, many or all. Across the course of a year you'll explore various relational skills, try out exercises, expand your awareness, gain insights and deepen your presence to aid in nurturing and deepening stable, safe secure, compassionate, and harmonious relationships - and how to flow through life - together - with deeper love, awareness, understanding. This programme blends practical relational tools with emotional and somatic practices as well as facilitating personal wisdom of those within the room. Each session will work somewhere through my relational framework; 1. Presence (the main ground of all relationships) 2. Self-understanding (relational awareness) 3. Perception. (seeing the other clearly) 4. Courage (emotional bravery) 5. Boundaries & Responsibility (healthy/balanced separateness) 6. Communication (relational conversations) 7. Co-creation (relational cooperation) 8. Compassion (relational safety / repair) 9 Growth & Change (relational evolution) Through discussions, conversations, reflective practices, guided exercises and supportive group learning my wish is that you'll grow in relational awareness, compassion, and presence.
